Whether it's a pulpit supply, crisis management, or connecting with resources, we're here to help churches get stronger and grow.

Here's a few ways we do that.

Pulpit Supply / Guest Preachers

Most churches graciously provide honorariums between $100 – $250 for each preaching occasion as their way of expressing their gratitude for the sharing of God’s Word.

Below are several people available to fill the pulpit as needed in your church fellowship, and in some cases, serve as interim or even permanent pastors.

Dr. Mark Gonzales

Dr. Mark pastored for 34 years, has been broadcasting “The Heritage Hour” and publishing articles and books for over 30 years, also serves as our Royal Palm Executive Director/AMS, and would love the privilege of sharing God’s heart with your church family!

Gene Reitz

Gene was a pastor in Michigan for 28 years, now lives in SW Florida and is available for pulpit supply and an interim pastorate with a heart for the primacy of prayer, Christ-centered worship, intentional discipleship, joyful fellowship, purposeful evangelism, and expository preaching.

Hal Wynn

Hal is the former long time pastor of Northside Baptist Church, North Ft. Myers, has a heart for expository preaching and equipping the saints for the work of service, and is a strong supporter of Royal Palm with a heart for God, His Word, and His people.

Thaddeus C. Griggs

Rev. Thaddeus C. Griggs has been a Southern Baptist minister of the gospel for 37 years. He is a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, has SBC Transitional Pastorate training, and is available for pulpit supply and as a Transitional Interim Pastor.

Kendal Hicks

Kendal is a graduate of New Orleans BTS (MDiv), and has been serving for over 36 years as a pastor, assoc. pastor, single adult min., education advocate, sports coach, and interim pastor in several states and the Pacific islands. He is now available for pulpit supply and an interim pastorate.

Tony Cubello

Tony is the founding pastor of Branch of Life Church, Cape Coral, where he serves as a pastor, teacher, author, and Board Certified Counselor. He has been preaching, teaching and leading Marriage discipleship groups for over 40 years, and is available for pulpit supply (he has a preaching team at his church) and leading transformative Marriage groups.

Dr. Steve Plaster

Dr. Steve has been a preacher and teacher of God’s Word for 50 years in FL, CT, TX, MO, KS, and NY at many churches, seminars, conferences. and colleges; has been an elder or deacon for thirty years; is an ordained SBC minister; and now serves regularly at North Naples BC (Nov. 1st to May 1st) and at First Southern BC, Fort Scott KS (May 1st to Nov. 1st).

Grace BC, Cape Coral
